按照政治经济学的观点,劳动者是社会生产力中最活跃最革命的要素。而影响生产者劳动积极性发挥的重要因素,则是能否认真贯彻执行社会主义按劳分配的原则。近年来随着经济体制改革的不断深化,社会主义按劳分配制度的进一步完善,逐步形成了以按劳分配为主体的多种形式并存的社会分配新格局,对打破原有单一的分配体制,克服平均主义,进一步调动广大职工积极性起了不小的作用。但是,在这多元化分配的背后,确实存在着分配上亟待解决的某些不公正现象,应该逐步加以解决。
According to political economy, laborers are the most active and revolutionary elements of social productivity. The important factor that affects the enthusiasm of producers is whether we can conscientiously implement the principle of socialist distribution according to work. In recent years, with the continuous deepening of the reform of the economic system and the further perfection of the socialist distribution system according to work, a new pattern of social distribution has taken shape that takes the various forms of distribution according to work as its mainstay and breaks the existing single distribution system. Overcoming egalitarianism and further mobilizing the enthusiasm of the broad masses of workers played no small part. However, behind this diversified distribution, certain injustices that are urgently needed to be resolved do exist and should be gradually solved.
