研究导入野生碱蓬DNA的玉米自交系后代的耐盐性及分子水平的变异,从中筛选出较强的耐盐新材料,为玉米耐盐育种提供种质资源。结果表明,在250 mmol/L的Na Cl胁迫后,导入系K-3与其他导入系及受体相比存活绿叶多,鲜重和干重变化率较低,耐盐性明显。SSR分析得出,引物phi065标记座位检测到导入系K-3与供体有相同的带型,phi077标记座位检测到导入系K-3还产生与受体和供体均不相同的带型,分析导入系K-3的耐盐性可能是由于整合了部分野生碱蓬DNA片段的结果所致。
To study the salt tolerance and molecular variation of the progenies of maize inbred lines introduced with wild stilbene DNA, the new salt-tolerant new materials were screened out to provide germplasm resources for salt-tolerant maize breeding. The results showed that, after 250 mmol / L NaCl stress, K-3 introduced more green leaves than other inbred lines and recipients, and the rate of change of fresh weight and dry weight was lower and salt tolerance was obvious.
