中药市场上的莪术来自不同的官方品种和炮制品种,因而存在着一定的混用情况。为了初步比较研究市售莪术的化学成分,我们对其主要的活性成分莪术挥发油进行了研究。采用气相色谱-质谱结合化学计量学方法对来自于16个批次的不同官方品种和炮制品种的挥发油进行了化学分析和MCF-7细胞毒性检测。鉴定出53个化学成分,其中包括11个首次鉴定出的化合物。结果表明16批样品显示相似的抗肿瘤活性,而其化学成分在种间存在显著差异,而炮制品间未见差异。因此,来自于Curcuma kwangsiensis和C.phaeocaulis的挥发油应该与C.wenyujin区分开来。三个官方品种应当被进行深入的比较研究和区别应用。
Curcuma on the Chinese medicine market comes from different official varieties and processed varieties, so there is a certain mix. In order to preliminary comparative study of the chemical composition of Curcuma, we studied its main active ingredient Curcuma oil. Volatile oils from 16 different batches of official and processed varieties were analyzed for chemical analysis and MCF-7 cytotoxicity using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry combined with chemometric methods. 53 chemical constituents were identified, including 11 first-identified compounds. The results showed that 16 batches of samples showed similar anti-tumor activity, but the chemical composition of the species was significantly different, but no difference between processed products. Therefore, the volatile oils from Curcuma kwangsiensis and C. phaeocaulis should be distinguished from C.wenyujin. The three official varieties should be further studied and differentiated.
