松棒辊是我厂顶管车间松棒机的主要工具(图1)之一,原来从匈牙利进口,材质为9Cr锻钢件。后来我们将材质改为稀土镁铬球铁(以下简称铬球铁),但这种材质的松棒辊使用寿命较短。1978年12月,我们调整铬球铁的化学成份,改革铸造工艺,铬球铁松棒辊的寿命有所提高。随后我们又进一步修改材质,制成钒钛铬球墨铸铁松棒辊。这种松棒辊已连续使用几年,质量稳定,1982年被评为冶金部优质产品。
One of the main tools used in our factory is the pipe jacking machine (Figure 1). The original imported from Hungary, the material is 9Cr steel forgings. Later, we changed the material to rare earth magnesium chromium ductile iron (hereinafter referred to as chrome ductile iron), but this material loose pine roll life is shorter. December 1978, we adjust the chemical composition of chrome ductile iron, the reform of the casting process, chrome nodular iron rod life has been increased. Then we further modify the material, made of vanadium titanium chromium chrome cast iron pine roll. This loose rod roll has been used for several years, the quality is stable, in 1982 was named the Metallurgical Department of quality products.
