通过对《混凝土路面砖》和《混凝土路缘石》两个行业标准中抗压强度检测方法的分析,指出因测试方法不标准而导致强度实测值与理论值脱节,及抗压强度值与抗折强度值不匹配。建议采用建筑工程上成熟的简支梁抗折荷载检测法,并以抗折强度来评定混凝土路面砖的强度标号;建议采用建筑工程上成熟的回弹仪非破损检测法,检测混凝土路缘石的抗压强度,使混凝土抗压强度值与抗折强度值相匹配。
Through the analysis of the compressive strength testing methods in two industry standards of “concrete pavement bricks” and “concrete curbs”, it is pointed out that the measured values of strength are out of line with the theoretical values due to the non-standard test methods, and the values of compressive strength and flexural resistance Intensity values do not match.
