户籍制度是中国一项涉及全体人民切身利益的重要制度。随着“城乡二元分割”矛盾的凸显,切实推进户籍制度改革成为户籍管理部门的一项重要历史使命,而包含了诸多基本人口信息的户籍档案,是户籍制度改革中不容忽视的环节。户籍档案管理应从更新管理理念、优化管理体制、强化信息共享的角度出发,跟上户籍制度改革的步伐,使户籍档案管理更好地为经济社会发展服务。
The household registration system is an important system in China that involves the vital interests of all people. With the prominence of the contradiction between urban and rural duality, the reform of household registration system has become an important historic mission of household registration administration. Household registration files containing many basic demographic information are links that can not be ignored in the reform of household registration system . Household file management should update the management concept, optimize the management system, strengthen the information sharing point of view, keep pace with the reform of household registration system, so that household file management to better serve the economic and social development.
