根据内燃机车实际运用中发生的粘着问题,分析了进行增大内燃机车轮径静态粘着性能试验的必要性,介绍了所采用的试验装备及试验方法。文中列出了采用1050mm轮径21、23.5及25t轴重及采用1250mm轮径、21t轴重在大连内燃机车研究所机车试验台上的试验结果。试验说明,增大轮径以后,机车的静态粘着性能有了明显提高;增大轮径可以充分利用下部限界,有利于调车内燃机车在驼峰编组站的作业;增大轮径还可以降低轮轨接触应力。文中建议,在东风,型调车机车、东风8及东风10型货运机车上进行增大轮径、增加轴重的试验。
According to the sticking problem occurred in the practical application of diesel locomotive, the necessity of increasing the static tacking performance of the wheel diameter of the diesel locomotive is analyzed. The test equipment and test methods adopted are introduced. The paper lists the results of tests on locomotive test stands of Dalian Diesel Locomotive Research Institute using 1050mm wheel diameters 21, 23.5 and 25t and 1250mm wheel diameters and 21t axle loads. The test shows that after the wheel diameter is increased, the static adhesion performance of the locomotive has been significantly improved. Increasing the wheel diameter can make full use of the lower limit to facilitate the operation of the shunting diesel locomotive at the hump marshalling yard. Increasing the wheel diameter can also reduce the wheel Rail contact stress. The paper proposes to increase the wheel diameter and increase the axle load on Dongfeng, Shunting locomotives, Dongfeng 8 and Dongfeng 10 freight locomotives.
