生活性铅中毒常见为误服铅化物,或服用含铅中药,或用含铅“锡壶”盛酒饮用后所引起.我院自1984年至1994年12月底止,共收治了67例产妇,均为饮用锡壶煮沸生姜、红糖酒后致铅中毒,其中54例发生不同程度的肾脏损害.现报告如下:临床资料(一)一般情况:67例均在产后饮用过锡壶煮沸的生姜、红糖酒,最少饮2壶,最多饮8壶(每壶盛酒约2300毫升),开始发病,年龄在22~32岁,平均25.6岁,发病时间在产后饮酒10~35天,平均18.7天.
