每个民族都要树立一种民族精神,因为没有一种团结、进取的民族精神,这个民族必将会衰落;每个企业都要培育一种企业精神,因为企业精神是企业兴旺发达难以估量的无形动力。那么,作为学校的一个班级,也应培育一种适合本班特点,对全班学生具有强大凝聚力和感召力的班级精神,并把它作为班主任工作的重要内涵和学生思想政治工作主要形式。回想自己所带的班级(88级幼师班),之所以能在学校各项活动中一直处于领先地位,并在第一个学年里就评为市级先进集体,其主要原因是我们成功地培育了一个“团结、勤奋、守纪、争先进”的班级精神。
