以邻氯苯胺为原料,经过乙酰化、氯磺化、缩合及水解四步反应合成3-氯-4-氨基-N-(5-甲基异噁唑-3-基)-苯磺酰胺(SMZ-Cl),合成总收率达46%.SMZ-Cl的结构经IR,1HNMR,13CNMR和Ms证实.
Chloro-4-amino-N- (5-methylisoxazol-3-yl) -benzenesulfonamide was synthesized by the acetoxylation, chlorosulfonation, condensation and hydrolysis in o- SMZ-Cl), the overall yield was 46% .The structure of SMZ-Cl was confirmed by IR, 1HNMR, 13CNMR and Ms.
