全日制教育通常指学生在国家规定的修业年限内全日在校学习的教育形式,但是把非全日制教育等同于成人教育和弹性学制、学分制教育的做法是不对的。判断现代中等职业教育的全日制性质,必须突破原有的自闭型思维定式,适应终身学习需要、全民学习需要和现代信息技术的发展趋势,摆脱传统办学模式的束缚,重点观察其培养目标、课程标准、教学组织、教学过程及教学质量等,决不能局限于教学地点和教学方式,更不能因为学生的年龄而否定其全日制的属性。
Full-time education usually refers to the form of education that students study in school all day long within the prescribed duration of the national education. However, it is wrong to equate part-time education with adult education, flexible education and credit system education. To judge the full-time nature of modern secondary vocational education, we must break through the original stereotypes of autistic thinking, adapt to the needs of lifelong learning, the learning needs of all people and the development trend of modern information technology, get rid of the shackles of traditional schooling modes, Curriculum standards, teaching organization, teaching process and teaching quality should not be confined to teaching sites or teaching methods, nor should they deny their full-time attributes because of their age.
