现代制造体系是对传统泰勒式作业体系的替代,是与小批量多品种的定制生产模式相适应的先进的作业体系。这种作业体系在国外已经有了很大的发展,但在国内对此问题的研究还很少见。按照科学发展观和建设节约型社会的要求,我国的生产模式势必也逐渐从大批量生产低价产品向小批量生产高价产品的方向转变,这就要求企业逐渐采用高效作业体系。本文论述了现代作业体系的发展背景、理论体系和基本特点。
The modern manufacturing system is an alternative to the traditional Taylor-type operating system and an advanced operating system adapted to the customized production mode of small quantities and varieties. This kind of operating system has been greatly developed in foreign countries, but research on this issue in China is still rare. According to the scientific development concept and the requirement of building a conservation-minded society, the production mode of our country is bound to gradually shift from mass-producing low-priced products to low-mass-producing high-priced products. This requires that enterprises gradually adopt an efficient operating system. This article discusses the development background, theoretical system and basic characteristics of modern operating system.
