在300MW锅炉模拟试验台上,比较了导流板式燃烧器在不同工况下的空气动力场。试验结果表明,当采用导流板式燃烧器,且整组燃烧器的高宽比不大于6.5~8.5时,调节导流板安装尺寸可有效地调节炉内空气动力场。当燃烧器组的高宽比大于11.5,且导流板安装角度大于25°时,炉内切圆直径很小,在热态运行时将导致燃烧不稳。本实验为这种燃烧器的推广应用提供了依据
On the 300MW boiler simulation test bench, the aerodynamic field of the deflector plate burner under different operating conditions was compared. The experimental results show that when the deflector type burner is adopted and the aspect ratio of the whole burner is not more than 6.5-8.5, the adjustment of the size of the baffle can effectively regulate the aerodynamic field in the furnace. When the burner group aspect ratio is greater than 11.5, and the baffle installation angle greater than 25 °, the furnace tangential diameter is very small, in hot running will lead to instability. This experiment provides the basis for the popularization and application of this burner
