该工程占地面积4万多平方米,地下三层,地面二层。地下室作停车场、商场、电影院使用,首层为公交车场,二层为绿化人行广场。首层的设计活荷载为15kN/m~2,最大梁跨度为17.7m;二层设计活荷载为10kN/m~2,最大梁跨度为27m,一般跨度为16~19m。因此,该工程必须采用预应力混凝土结构。 该工程由广州市设计院负责设计,而预应力分项工程的设计则由广州市建筑科学研究院与广州市设计院合作完成,由于采用了预应力混凝土结构,从而成功解决了裂缝与挠度控制的问题。
The project covers an area of more than 40,000 square meters, with three underground floors and two floors on the ground. The basement is used for parking lots, shopping malls, and movie theaters.
