为建立某型土方机械产品故障率分布模型,对该型产品的现场故障数据进行统计分析,经过模型初选后确定其故障率分布服从威布尔分布或浴盆曲线分布。分别对两种分布进行参数估计和线性相关性检验,并根据线性相关系数法和相关指数法进行模型优选,确定浴盆曲线模型为该型土方机械产品的故障率分布模型。以此为基础,对该产品的可靠性水平进行评估,确定出早期故障期拐点,为后续产品维修经济性分析和预防维修策略的制定提供理论依据和指导。
In order to establish the failure rate distribution model of a certain type of earthmoving machinery products, the failure data of the products were statistically analyzed. After the model primary selection, the failure rate distribution was obey Weibull distribution or bathtub curve distribution. The parameter estimation and linear correlation test of the two distributions are respectively carried out. The model is optimized according to the linear correlation coefficient method and the correlation index method, and the bathtub curve model is determined as the failure rate distribution model of the earthmoving machinery product. Based on this, the reliability of the product is evaluated to determine the inflection point of the early failure period, which provides theoretical basis and guidance for the follow-up product maintenance economic analysis and preventive maintenance strategy formulation.
