A total of 117 papers were presented at the International Conference on Plasma Science and Technology, representing recent developments and achievements in this field. The dissertation summarizes three topics of thermal plasma (near-equilibrium) and low-pressure plasma (unbalanced) Thermal plasma includes basic processes and models, diagnostics, plasma systems, melting and gasification, metallurgy, chemical processes and pyrolysis. Low pressure plasma processes include basic processes and models, diagnostics, polymerization and surface treatment, etching and Deposition.This paper consists of four parts, namely the conference overview, the main academic content, meeting characteristics and plasma technology prospects.
