体育交往行为是老年人改善身心健康、提高生活质量、积极应对人口老龄化的重要举措。运用“定量—定性”的研究方法探讨城市老年人体育交往行为与空间的互动关系,结果显示:体育交往行为与交往空间具有相互映射的关系;体育交往行为与交往空间的互动水平分别经历了“个体行为—交汇行为—群体行为”及与之对应的“隔离交往空间—交汇交往空间—融合交往空间”。基于此,社区要多开展健身知识宣传、培训,多组织老年群体性的体育活动,培养老年群体的运动参与意识;让老年人走出社区,主动寻找“可达性”的公共空间,提高老年人体育交往行为的广度与深
