肠胃宁是由苍术、半夏、木香等组成的复方制剂,用于治疗夏令暑温季节引起的多种肠胃疾患。本研究主要观察肠胃宁对动物离体肠管平滑肌的影响。药物与方法氯化乙酰胆碱:浓度1∶10000;氯化钡:浓度10%;乙醇:浓度45%(肠胃宁溶媒);硫酸阿托品。浓度5mg/ml;肠胃宁:浓度约0.7g生药/ml。取健康家兔的十二指肠,按常规记录肠管平滑肌的收缩曲线。
