The authors used the antibacterial test of Trichophyton mentagrophtytes as the guide, extracted and separated the antibacterial components from the roots of Polygonum cuspidatum Sieb.et Zucc., and tested the antibacterial minimum effective concentrations of fungi and bacteria.
