本文研究了浇钢过程连铸中间罐衬的热工状况,通过对实践生产过程的测量,在此基础上用有限差分法对罐衬的传热和内部温度分布进行了系统计算。结果表明:烘烤好坏的标志是罐衬内部温度,而不是罐衬工作层内表面温度,烘烤状况直接影响浇注前期钢液的表面温度,浇钢时罐衬吸热主要是前期,第一阶段吸热量为第二阶段的二倍(以30min为一阶段),浇注2h以后,吸热量只有第一阶段的16~20%,并随浇注时间的延长而继续减少。
In this paper, the thermal working conditions of the middle liner of the continuous casting process in the process of pouring steel are studied. Through the measurement of the practical production process, the heat transfer and internal temperature distribution of the liner are systematically calculated by the finite difference method. The results show that the quality of baking is the inner temperature of the lining, not the inner surface temperature of the working lining. The baking condition directly affects the surface temperature of the molten steel during pouring. The first stage of heat absorption is twice of the second stage (30min for one stage). After 2h of pouring, the heat absorption is only 16 ~ 20% of the first stage, and continues to decrease with the pouring time prolonging.
