近年来,南京邮政局加大了商函业务的市场开发力度,以商函拉动整个函件业务的发展,取得了明显成效。该局发展商函业务的做法主要有以下三点:一、不断开发适应市场需求的新品该局以邮资明信片为载体,先后开发了请柬式明信片、竞猜明信片、捐助明信片、房屋安全鉴定卡、菜单打折卡等多种新品,客户群覆盖了宾馆、餐饮、院校、金融、医疗卫生等行业。开发请柬式明信片的思路来源于用户的抱怨:搞活动请人最麻烦,买了请柬还要自己买信封、贴邮票。用户的不便就是市场的空间。经过调研,该局设计出简洁大方、美观实用的请柬式折叠明信片。该明信片试销时,平安保险公司一次购买了5000枚,一些餐饮店根据这一款式订做了2.5万枚,小红花艺术团也制作了5000枚专用请柬。
