用改进后的Orowan关系计算了Al-Zn-Mg-Cu系合金中弥散物质点ZrAl_3的强化效应。ZrAl_3质点的直径是在透射电子显微照片上测定的。质点间距是由合金的鋯含量和质点尺寸估算的。计算出来的强化效应与实际测量的在同一数量级。
The improved Orowan relationship was used to calculate the strengthening effect of ZrAl_3 in the Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloys. The diameter of the ZrAl_3 particles was measured on transmission electron micrographs. Particle spacing is estimated from the alloy’s zirconium content and particle size. The calculated enhancement effect is on the same order of magnitude as the actual measurement.
