对秦皇岛港务集团第九分公司取料机进行了实际振动测试,并建立该取料机振动分析的理论模型,通过实际测试和理论计算结果的分析对比,验证了理论模型的合理性,并对该取料机的振动特性做了详细的分析。本研究对干散货码头取料机振动问题的研究具有重要的指导意义。
The actual vibration test of the picker of the ninth branch of Qinhuangdao Port Group was carried out and the theoretical model of the picker vibration analysis was established. The rationality of the theoretical model was verified through the comparison and analysis of the actual test and theoretical calculation results. The reclaimer vibration characteristics made a detailed analysis. This study has an important guiding significance for the research on the vibration problem of the dry bulk cargo terminal reclaimer.
