FDC 是存在于次级淋巴组织的一种特殊细胞群体。在正常机体中,FDC 能捕获以免疫复合物形式存在的抗原,并能将抗原较长时间(数月)地保存在细胞表面,因此,FDC 作为外来抗原的储存库在诱导和维持免疫记忆中起着重要作用。本文主要介绍 FDC 如何捕获和处理免疫复合物形式存在的抗原并将信息传递给免疫活性细胞、诱导免疫应答的过程。
FDC is a special cell population present in the secondary lymphoid tissue. In normal tissues, FDCs capture antigens present as immune complexes and preserve the antigens for a prolonged period of time (months) on the cell surface.
