水芹(SQ;拉丁名为Oenanthe javanica)为传统的中草药,属于伞型科植物,全草入药.其水煎剂具有明显的退黄降酶作用.将水芹全草以水醇法提取物用于抗鸭乙型肝炎病毒(Duck hepatitis B virus DHBV)的研究,体内外实验对 DHBV均有明显的抑制作用,为了进一步阐明SQ抗DHBV的作用机理,本文采用 DHBV-DNA聚合酶(DNA polymerase DNAP)活性的体内外测定方法进行了实验研究.现总结报道如下:
Watercress (SQ; Latin name Oenanthe javanica) is a traditional Chinese herbal medicine belonging to the Umbelliferae family. It is used as a whole herb. The water decoction has a clear yellowing and down-reducing effect. The whole watercress is extracted with water alcohol. For the study of duck hepatitis B virus (DHBV), both in vitro and in vivo experiments have obvious inhibitory effects on DHBV. In order to further elucidate the mechanism of SQ anti-DHBV, DHBV-DNA polymerase (DNA polymerase) was used in this study. The in vitro and in vivo assays for DNAP activity were studied experimentally. The summary report is as follows:
