洛特卡定律揭示了特定研究领域科学文献的作者数与其所著论文数之间的规律,可以表明该领域的研究状况。考虑到该定律仅统计第一作者的局限,提出了合著论文作者贡献率分配方法。针对“科技信息资源”这一研究领域进行了样本分析,提出了洛特卡定律常数的非线性回归方法,该常数可以表征其统计的科学领域的研究成熟度。统计分析表明,我国在“科技信息资源”领域的研究刚刚起步,成熟度较低,需要政府加大投入和引导,促进科技和社会的全面进步。
Lotka’s Law reveals the law between the number of authors of scientific literature in a particular field of study and the number of papers that they write, which can indicate the state of the art in this field. Considering that the law only counts the limitations of the first author, this paper proposes a method to allocate the contributors to the co-authored papers. A sample analysis was conducted on the field of scientific information resources, and a nonlinear regression method for Lotka’s law constant was proposed, which can characterize the research maturity in its statistical science field. Statistical analysis shows that our country has just started the research in the field of “science and technology information resources ”, with low maturity, which requires the government to increase input and guidance to promote the all-round progress of science and technology and society.
