盛唐时期,“采访使”一职十分重要,然其究系何时所置,史学界一直有不同的声音。以两《唐志》为代表的“开元二十一年说”向为主流,影响既深且广,当今学界仍深信之,却颇堪商榷与重新探讨。本文追本溯源,以翔实的史料,指出“开元二十一年说”的不可信从之处;并从正、反等多方面证明开元二十二年,才是初置十五“采访处置使”的确凿时间,“采访使”即其简称。 During the prosperous period of Tang Dynasty, the post of “interviewer” was very important. However, when the research department was set up, historians always had different voices. The two “Tang Zhi” as the representative of “Kaiyuan twenty-one years said ” to the mainstream, the impact of both deep and wide, the academic circles are still convinced, but quite open to question and re-explore. This article traces back to the source, with full and accurate historical data, pointed out that “Kaiyuan twenty-one said ” unreliable place; and positive, anti-other aspects of Kaiyuan twenty-two years, is the initial fifteen “Interview disposal makes ” the exact time, “interview to make” that is its acronym.
