利用夹闭沙土鼠双侧颈总动脉30分钟形成脑缺血后再灌注120分钟的动物实验模型,分别于缺血前、缺血时或再灌注后静脉注射钙拮抗剂尼卡的平(1.0mg/kg或0.1mg/kg)。结果提示尼卡的平明显抑制脑缺血后TXA_2生成,减轻脑水肿,对脑缺血有治疗作用。
The animal models of occlusion of bilateral common carotid arteries in gerbils for 30 minutes were established.
