课间活动是高中阶段学生学习过程中不可或缺的内容,但一直以来,课间操就是学生课间活动的主要形式,虽然课间操可在一定程度上缓解学生的学习疲劳,但因其形式单调,学生的参与度不高,效果不佳。“大课间活动”应形式多样,符合高中生的心理需要,有利于提高高中生的课外运动兴趣,保证运动时间,提高运动效率,促进高中学生更好地发展。
