非平衡型机械密封端面比压的试验研究

端面比压是设计和使用机械密封的重要参数,它对机械密封的使用寿命、漏失量有较大的影响:比压选择偏大,漏失量虽可减少,但易使端面温升过高,边界润滑油膜易被破坏,端面磨损加剧,降低了密封装置的使用寿命;比压选择偏小,磨损速度虽能减小,但介质漏失量会增大,密封效果降低。 过去,国外有人用实验方法测定过端面比压与摩擦付环磨损速度的关系(4)(5),对摩擦付环泄漏量的计算更是有许多方法,这些对于设计与使用机械密封都具有重要意义,用实验的方法测定常用摩擦付环的磨损速度一端面比压及漏失量——端面比压两个关系是本实验的主要目的,为确定和选择端面比压提供参考。 所采用的试件是非平衡型、内装、内流式机械密封,公称直径为φ50及φ55两种尺寸的四套机械密封,实验过程中将介质压力固定,影响端面比压的只有弹簧比压。对于一种尺寸的机械密封,用不同的弹簧压缩量,测定摩擦付的磨损与漏失量,找出它们的曲线关系。 End pressure is to design and use of mechanical seal an important parameter, which has a greater impact on the service life of mechanical seals, the amount of leakage loss: larger than the pressure option, although the loss can be reduced, but easy to end the temperature rise is too high, The boundary lubricating oil film is easy to be damaged, the wear of the end surface is aggravated, which reduces the service life of the sealing device. The specimens used are unbalanced, built-in, inflow mechanical seals, four sets of mechanical seals of φ50 and φ55 nominal diameters. During the experiment, the pressure of the medium is fixed, and the specific pressure that affects the specific surface pressure is only the spring pressure.
