通过四年自然感病性调查和两年人工接种测定,从普通油茶中选出抗炭疽病优株。其中高抗型优株人工接种果感病率为零,抗病型优株果病率为5%~10%,这两种抗病类型果自然感病率为0.2%~2.5%;这些优株经济性状好,鲜出籽率33%~50%,种仁含油率为36%~52%。用抗病油茶优株进行嫁接,嫁接试验林14.6hm2,162个无性系。我们对此试验林进行多年观察,结果表明:各无性系炭疽病株率一般在5%以下,感病指数在0~10之间。种仁出油率在50%以上,平均座果率达到39.7%,比多试无性系的平均值(19.6%)高出一倍。以上说明:抗病优株的无性系保持高度的抗病性和丰产性能。
Through the four-year natural susceptibility survey and two-year artificial inoculation determination, the elite strains of anthracnose were selected from common camellia. Among them, the resistance rate of high resistance type superior artificial inoculation was zero and the rate of disease-resistant superior fruit-fruit was 5% -10%. The natural susceptibility of these two resistance types was 0.2% -2.5 %. The economic characteristics of these superior strains are good with 33% ~ 50% fresh seed yield and 36% -52% seed oil content. Grafted with disease-resistant Camellia oleifera, grafted forest 14.6hm2,162 clones. We observed for many years the experimental forest, the results showed that: each clonal anthracnose plant rate is generally below 5%, susceptibility index between 0 to 10. Seed oil yield of more than 50%, the average fruit set rate of 39.7%, more than the average number of test clones (19.6%) doubled. The above description: clones resistant strain superior to maintain a high degree of disease resistance and high yield performance.
