隧道边墙混凝土衬砌施工中,需要大量木材制作模型板,近年来虽采用一部分钢模代替,但立柱横撑仍需很多方木,木材的消耗量仍然不小。为此,我处四段在1972年7月试用常备式提升钢模板进行隧道边墙混凝土衬砌的施工,经小批制作和试验后,9月份开始投产使用。提升钢模构造简单,不仅节约木材,而且灌注的边墙内坚外光,混凝土试件合格率达100%,同时也促进了干硬性混凝土的推广,节约了大量水泥。
In the concrete lining construction of the tunnel side wall, a large amount of wood is needed to make the model board. Although a part of the steel mold is used instead of the steel mold, a large amount of square wood is still required for the column bracing, and the consumption of the wood is still not small. To this end, I am in four sections in July 1972 to try standing steel template for the construction of concrete lining of the tunnel wall, after a small batch of production and testing, put into operation in September. The improvement of steel mold structure is simple, not only saves wood, but also the inner wall of the perfusion side of the light, the qualified rate of concrete specimens up to 100%, but also to promote the promotion of dry and hard concrete, saving a lot of cement.
