目的:观察桑葚提取液对D-半乳糖致衰老小鼠血清SOD、GSH-Px活性和MDA、TC、TG含量的影响。方法:用D-半乳糖建立小鼠衰老模型,同时实验组分别灌胃给予不同剂量(2.0、4.0、6.0 g·kg-1·d-1)的桑葚提取液,给药40 d后处死小鼠,取血清测定超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽-过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性和丙二醛(MDA)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)的含量。结果:桑葚提取液可以提高血清中的SOD、GSH-Px活性和降低MDA、TC、TG含量(P<0.01、P<0.05)。结论:桑葚提取液具有抗氧化、延缓衰老的作用。
Objective: To observe the effects of mulberry extract on the activity of SOD, GSH-Px and the contents of MDA, TC and TG in aging mice induced by D-galactose. Methods: The mouse model of aging was established with D-galactose. At the same time, the experimental group was given mulberry extract at different doses (2.0, 4.0, 6.0 g · kg-1 · d-1) The superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activity and malondialdehyde (MDA), total cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride content. Results: Mulberry extract could increase the activity of SOD, GSH-Px and decrease the contents of MDA, TC and TG in serum (P <0.01, P <0.05). Conclusion: Mulberry extract has anti-oxidation, anti-aging effect.
