以圆钢管为主管而以工字钢为支管的结构是一种新颖的钢管结构 ,其节点受力非常复杂 ,为了便于设计计算 ,有必要深入研究其承载性能。在应用非线性有限元法对圆管与工字钢混合空间管节点的承载性能进行分析时 ,采用四边形等参壳元来构造管节点的几何和材料非线性有限元模型 ,采用自动步长增量法来进行迭代计算 ,其中 ,有限元求解是通过 ADINA软件来完成的。通过分析大量算例 ,并对所得结果进行回归 ,得到了管节点在轴心受力和平面外受弯两种荷载条件下的极限承载力公式。最终结果对管节点的理论分析及工程实践均有指导作用 ,并且在新加坡 MEGA展览中心工程中得到了应用 ,取得了良好效果
The structure of the steel pipe is the new type of steel pipe structure. The joints of the steel pipe are very complicated. In order to facilitate the design and calculation, it is necessary to study its bearing capacity in-depth. The non-linear finite element method is used to analyze the bearing capacity of pipe-to-pipe hybrid space pipe joints. The geometrical and material nonlinear finite element model of pipe joints is constructed by isosceles shell of tetragon. Quantitative method for iterative calculation, in which the finite element solution is completed by ADINA software. By analyzing a large number of examples and regressing the results, the formula of ultimate bearing capacity under two kinds of loadings of axial stress and out-of-plane bending is obtained. The final result has guidance to the theoretical analysis and engineering practice of pipe joints, and has been applied in the project of MEGA Exhibition Center in Singapore and achieved good results
