本文基于美国学者弗兰德斯的FIAS互动分析系统,从课堂师生语言切入,对新入职的中学物理教师的课堂师生互动行为进行定量研究,通过数据的分析和对比找出新手教师的课堂语言特点以及与学生互动的基本情况,发现其中的不足之处并对其提出指导和建议,从而促进新手教师的快速成长,提高他们的教学能力.
Based on the FIAS interactive analysis system by American scholar Flanders, this thesis studies the interactive behavior of teachers and students in the newly recruited middle school physics teacher from the language of teachers and students in the classroom. Through the data analysis and comparison, Language characteristics and the basic situation of interaction with students, identify the deficiencies and guidance and suggestions to promote the rapid growth of novice teachers, improve their teaching ability.
