Precursor: In 1987, Vikings Publishing in New York published James Clarke's Chaos Phenomenon: The Foundations of a New Science. The following is a review of the book by N. B. Gover, Data Systems Research and Development, Martin Marietta. Is there an order in the chaos? Does a system that exhibits chaotic behavior (seemingly unpredictable behavior) really follow a simple set of rules? Classical science traditionally focuses on systematic Ordered behavior, such as the planetary movement around the Sun or Euclidean geometry concise linear relationship. Classical physicists and mathematicians are often impotent to disorder in nature (such as turbulence in ocean or air currents, changes in wildlife groups, or heart oscillations, etc.)
