砌块成型机械在振捣混凝土制品的过程中,其混凝土成型的基本特性,取决于振动系统的特性参数(振频、振幅、振动加速度等);因此,正确选定上述参数,是保证成型机械工作性能的重要环节。现今,采用双轴惯性振动系统的台振式砌块成型机械,在国际上占有重要地位,尤其从意大利、法国、西德、奥地利等国最为典型。我国在台振式砌块成型机械的振动系统上,多采用了单轴惯性振动系统。两种振动系统的数学模型,见图1、图2。
