文章分析了转型过程中政治和经济之间关系的迅速变化所引起的某些问题。在急剧的社会变迁中,政治和经济之间的这种相互关系与惯常的演化发展大不相同。在上个世纪,俄罗斯的政治经济观念导致了经济机制和经济结构的深度变革(先是转向计划经济,后来又转向市场经济)。如果全球化、环境问题以及向后工业社会转型可以让西方国家发生快速的社会经济变迁的话,那么研究这些变迁及其带来的新问题对俄罗斯必然会有所裨益。
The article analyzes some of the problems caused by the rapid changes in the relations between politics and economy during the transition. In a dramatic social change, this interrelationship between politics and economy is quite different from the usual evolution. In the last century, Russia’s political and economic ideas led to profound changes in the economic mechanism and economic structure (first turning to the planned economy and later to the market economy). If globalization, environmental problems and the transition to a backward industrial society allow rapid socio-economic changes in Western countries, studying these changes and the new problems they bring will inevitably benefit Russia.
