通过在C50高性能混凝土中以等量取代水泥用量的方法单掺粉煤灰、硅粉,双掺粉煤灰硅粉,研究了不同掺合料及不同掺量对HPC抗渗性的影响。结果表明,粉煤灰可一定程度上提高混凝土的抗渗性,且在一定掺量范围内随着掺量增大抗渗性提高;硅粉可显著提高混凝土抗渗性,掺入量较小即可大幅提高混凝土的抗渗水能力;复掺粉煤灰和硅粉能更有效的优化微集料颗粒级配,同时充分发挥粉煤灰和硅粉在不同龄期时的优势,对抗渗效果有显著改善。
The effects of different admixtures and different dosing amount on the impermeability of HPC were studied by using single-doped fly ash and silica fume in the same amount of cement instead of cement in C50 high performance concrete. The results show that the fly ash can improve the impermeability of concrete to a certain extent, and the impermeability will increase with the increase of the content in a certain amount range; the silicon powder can significantly improve the impermeability of the concrete and the amount of incorporation is small. The water impermeability of concrete can be greatly improved; compound fly ash and silicon powder can more effectively optimize the particle size distribution of micro-aggregates, and at the same time give full play to the advantages of fly ash and silicon powder at different ages, and the anti-seepage effect. There is a significant improvement.
