以往因为国内没有蓝色氧化钨掺杂专用设备,所以,虽然经过掺杂处理,但却因添加剂在蓝色氧化钨中分布不均匀,致使最终得不到高质量的电光源用钨丝。为了解决这一问题。针对物料的特点,我院设计了新型的蓝色氧化钨掺杂用组合搅拌式添加锅。该设备在某厂经过二年多的使用表明,设计是成功的。本文着重介绍该设备:1、为解决掺杂不均而采用的搅拌浆在垂直平面上作腰形运动和锅体在水平面上作旋转运动的组合搅拌方式;2、为防止物料中氯离子对有关构件的腐蚀而采用的零部件表面防护方法和防腐蚀材料;3、主要构造和设计中需要注意的问题。
