目的:建立水中11种氯苯类化合物的测定方法。方法:采用毛细管气相色谱法测定水中11种氯苯类化合物。对色谱条件、检出限、试剂空白、干扰因素进行了研究和优化。结果:用建立的方法对人工合成水样进行测定,11种氯苯类化合物的平均加标回收率为95%~107%,相对标准偏差为0.99%~4.1%,最低检测限为0.04μg/L~20μg/L。结论:所建立的方法简便、灵敏、准确,具有较好的精密度与准确度,可同时用于生活饮用水及其它水样中氯苯类化合物的测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of 11 chlorobenzenes in water. Methods: Determination of 11 chlorobenzenes in water by capillary gas chromatography. The chromatographic conditions, detection limits, reagent blank, interference factors were studied and optimized. Results: The average recoveries of 11 chlorobenzenes ranged from 95% to 107% with relative standard deviations of 0.99% -4.1% and the lowest detection limit of 0.04μg / L ~ 20μg / L. Conclusion: The established method is simple, sensitive and accurate, with good precision and accuracy. It can be used for determination of chlorobenzenes in drinking water and other water samples at the same time.
