古人云“:行成于思而毁于随。”只有不断反思,才能发现问题并找到解决问题的办法,从而在解决问题中不断进步和成长。新课程改革把教学反思提高到了教学行为中前所未有的高度,著名的美国教育心理学家波斯纳提出了一个教师成长公式:成长=经验+反思。没有反思,教师的教学就仅仅会是一种重复单调的工作,沿袭自己的昨天,循规蹈矩,一成不变,教师就像工人,学生就像产品,日复一日,年复一年,千篇一律地生产出毫无创新的产品。因此,教后反思不仅是教学设计的重要环节,也是自我发展的有效途径,是提高教学技能、提高课堂教学质量的科学之道。

Therefore, post-teaching reflection is not only an important part of teaching design, but also an effective way of self-development, and it is a scientific way to improve teaching skills and improve classroom teaching quality.
