Objective To observe the effect of standardized management in occupational protection of intravenous drug distribution center (PIVAS). Methods To discuss and analyze the risk factors in the process of chemotherapy and drug allocation, a series of standardized management measures were formulated to compare the protection knowledge, configuration operation, body pollution and environmental pollution before and after the management. Results After standardized management, the allocation of chemotherapeutic agents and normative scores of configuration operation were higher than those before management (P <0.05), and the number of patients exposed to chemotherapeutic drugs exposed to pollutants was lower than that before management (P < 0.05). Conclusion After standardized management, the configuration staff enhanced the awareness of self-protection of chemotherapeutic drugs, standardized the operation method of configuration, reduced the damage to the configuration staff caused by chemotherapy drugs, and achieved the goal of occupational protection.
