服务质量是服务性企业提升产品质量,增强企业竞争力的重要指标,第三方机构作为酒店营销的一个重要渠道,其作用日益突显,本文以携程公司为例,研究了第三方机构在酒店服务质量体系中所扮演的角色和意义,通过对其自身的服务质量体系建构以及其与旅游者、酒店之间链接关系的研究,阐述酒店业第三方机构的服务质量体系。
Service quality is an important index for service enterprises to improve product quality and enhance their competitiveness. Third-party agencies, as an important channel of hotel marketing, have become increasingly prominent.
