为了探索公路工程管理领域高端人才的胜任力特征,促进项目管理的专业化水平,研究采用MBTI-G人格量表,从人格属性和人格类型角度分析了143位公路工程项目高级管理者(高管)的人格特征。结果显示:公路工程项目高管典型的人格类型是ESTJ与ISTJ;在人格属性上具有ST型功能倾向和EJ型态度倾向特征;MBTI生活方式维度是区分监理方高管与施工方高管的人格潜质,前者具有知觉式特征,后者具有判断式特征。提示,公路工程项目高管的准入与考评应考虑其MBTI人格特征。
In order to explore the competency characteristics of high-end talents in the field of highway engineering management and promote the professionalization of project management, this paper studies the use of the MBTI-G personality scale to analyze the relationship between 143 senior highway project managers ) Personality traits. The results show that the typical personality types of highway project executives are ESTJ and ISTJ, ST personality orientation and EJ type attitude preference in personality attributes. The MBTI life style dimension is the distinction between supervisor and constructor executives The potential, the former has a perceptive feature, the latter has a judgmental feature. It is suggested that the access and evaluation of highway project executives should consider their MBTI personality characteristics.
