用傅里叶变换红外(FT-IR)光谱法测定了丁腈橡胶中的结合丙烯腈含量(C_(AN))。研究发现,随C_(AN)的增加,CH_2基的不对称伸缩振动吸收谱带的频率(γ_(as)~(CH_2))呈规律性变化。用NMR法和因子分析法作了解释,并得到γ_(as)~(CH_2)与C_(AN)的关式系为:C_(AN)(%)=-9583.76+3.29γ_(as)~(CH_2)(cm~(-1))。从而提出用γ_(as)~(CH_2)波数快速测定C_(AN)的FT-IR光谱法。该方法比凯氏定氦法简单、快速,其绝对误差为±2%,相对误差为±8%。
The bound acrylonitrile content (C_ (AN)) in nitrile rubber was measured by Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy. It was found that the frequency of the asymmetric stretching vibrational absorption band (γ_ (as) ~ (CH_2)) of CH_2 changed regularly with the increase of AN. The relationship between γ_ (as) ~ (CH_2) and C_ (AN) was obtained by means of NMR and factor analysis: C_ (AN)% = 9583.76 + 3.29γ_ (as) CH_2) (cm -1). The fast FT-IR spectroscopy of C_ (AN) with γ_ (as) ~ (CH_2) wavenumber is proposed. The method is simpler and faster than Kjeldahl method, with an absolute error of ± 2% and a relative error of ± 8%.
