针对汽车上电控技术越来越复杂、通信量大等状况,基于S9S12HA32主控芯片设计一款组合仪表系统,利用CAN总线特性进行数据传送,通过步进电机对指针进行精确控制,结合主控芯片的结构特点及功用设计了组合仪表的硬件电路连接,设计了控制软件的具体实施方案。试验结果表明,基于S9S12HA32单片机设计的组合仪表稳定性好、精度高、反应快速,满足了用户对组合仪表功能的要求。
In view of the situation that the car power control technology is more and more complicated and the traffic is heavy, a combination meter system is designed based on the S9S12HA32 main control chip, the data is transmitted by using the CAN bus characteristics, the pointer is precisely controlled by the stepper motor, Chip structure and function of the design of the instrument hardware circuit combination, the design of a specific implementation of the control software. The test results show that the combination meter designed based on S9S12HA32 has good stability, high precision and fast response, which meets the user’s requirements for the function of the combination meter.
