近几年来,铸造技术有了很大的改革和进步。这些改革和进步,不仅提高了铸件的物理、化学、机械性能和使用性能,并且提高了铸件的尺寸精确度和表面光洁度;换句话说,就是很多铸件制造得更加精密。这就大大缩短了热、冷加工之间的距离,许多机械加工的制品可以直接在铸造厂中生产出来。这在经济上的节约意义是不言而喻的。可以说:今后精密铸件将是机械加工和锻压加工产品的竞争者。
In recent years, casting technology has been greatly reform and progress. These reforms and advances not only improve the physical, chemical, mechanical and performance properties of the castings, but also increase the dimensional accuracy and surface finish of the castings; in other words, much of the castings are made more sophisticated. This greatly shortens the distance between hot and cold work and many machined products can be produced directly at the foundry. This economically economical significance is self-evident. It can be said: the future precision castings will be machined and forged products competitors.
