泡一杯茶,置于案头,打开音响,在阿炳的《二泉映月》、俞丽拿的《梁祝》抑或燕守平的《京胡独奏曲》陪伴下,铺开稿纸……只要坐在书桌前,就离不开茶。说不上是为什么。为解渴?为提神?为助消化?为心脑血管健康?是习惯?是爱好?是需要?可能是某一点,也许都有一点。一个普通饮者,很难想象他能窥见茶文化的博大精深,写出茶的真谛。以我的阅历学识和手中这支拙笔,也只能将流传于坊间乡里的真真假假、亦真亦假的关于茶的话题,以及耳闻目睹抑
