目的:调查腰椎骨关节炎患者并发Ⅰ型骨质疏松情况,探讨两者之间的发病关系。方法:调查湖南省长沙、湘潭、邵阳三地区323例腰椎骨关节炎患者的骨质疏松发病率、腰椎退行性骨关节炎并发Ⅰ型骨质疏松患者在人口学资料、临床学资料,采用频数分析、样本率的分析、指标(R型)聚类分析等方法进行分析。结果:腰椎退行性骨关节炎患者存在高比率的骨质疏松发病情况;进一步分析结果表明:骨质疏松对骨关节炎的程度、临床症状、骨密度、X线评分存在影响,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:腰椎骨关节炎患者中存在骨质疏松的高发病率,骨密度对骨关节炎的发病存在影响。骨质疏松的病理状态影响骨关节炎患者的临床症状。
Objective: To investigate the situation of type Ⅰ osteoporosis in patients with lumbar osteoarthritis and to explore the relationship between the two. Methods: The incidence of osteoporosis in 323 patients with lumbar osteoarthritis in Changsha, Xiangtan, and Shaoyang of Hunan Province was investigated. The demographic data, clinical data and frequency of lumbar degenerative osteoarthritis patients with type Ⅰ osteoporosis were analyzed. Analysis, sample rate analysis, index (R type) cluster analysis and other methods for analysis. Results: There was a high incidence of osteoporosis in patients with lumbar degenerative osteoarthritis. Further analysis showed that osteoporosis had an effect on the degree of osteoarthritis, clinical symptoms, bone mineral density and X-ray score, the difference was statistically significant Significance (P <0.01). Conclusion: There is a high incidence of osteoporosis in patients with lumbar osteoarthritis, bone mineral density has an impact on the incidence of osteoarthritis. The pathological state of osteoporosis affects the clinical symptoms of patients with osteoarthritis.
